"Postmarked to Pause" is a personal experience designed to help women slow down, and enjoy the moment.
Each month's special delivery is thoughtfully curated to encourage your heart and create space for reflection. Inside, you'll discover a heartfelt letter, a beautiful bookmark, a greeting card to share with someone you care about, and a reflection card with meaningful questions to inspire quiet moments with God, personal journaling, or conversations with family and friends.
Every piece is intentionally chosen to invite you away from the busyness of life and into moments of peace, gratitude, and connection.

Vision
For years, I've had the privilege of listening to people's stories. I was an activity program worker for seniors, an outreach worker for women experiencing homelessness, and led more than one hundred interviews as women shared their incredible stories with my facebook group and YouTube channel - "Inspired by Her Story".
I always feel it's a privilege when a woman shares their story.
This all reminded me of something important:
Every woman has a story, and every woman longs to know she matters. Life can get busy for women as we transition through various seasons, caring for elderly parents and adult children as well as busy careers. We may be experiencing grief, or any other type of loss - empty nest, divorce, estrangement or a move.
We are created for community. None of us were meant to walk through life alone.
"Postmarked to Pause" grew from that realization.
This is a monthly letter experience designed to create a quiet place where women can pause, reflect, and be reminded that they are deeply valued.
No matter what is happening in your life, you aren't alone. And although life may challenging, peace will begin with a pause.
